Your Typical day at work
- Ensuring timely compliance of statutory deadlines for filing of Income tax return and Sales tax returns of all provinces of Pakistan.
- Responding to notices pertaining to Sales tax and Income tax
- Responding to customers / vendors queries related to Sales tax and Income tax
- Responding the internal queries for Tax matters
- Reconciliation of tax returns with the system ledgers
- Active coordination with the Tax Lawyer and Tax Advisor
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Minimum requirement: ACCA / CA / ICMA partially qualified
Work experience:
- Minimum 4-5 years’ of relevant experience.
Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas
- Strong knowledge of the Taxation laws in Pakistan.
- Hands on experience of IRIS and Sales tax portals.
- Problem solving skills
- Team spirit, Planning, organizing, communication
