Spartan Solar (Michigan, USA residential solar) is hiring remote appointment setters for US homeowners. Closers take the sit; you are the phone. Multiple seats are available. Clear English and minimal accent required.

PAY:

- $3 per hour on the clock, paid weekly via Wise

- Plus $10 when the homeowner actually sits

- Plus $25 after the homeowner signs

- Plus $465 only after install (not on cancel)

HOURS:

FULL-TIME: 40+ hours per week.

Flexible 6–8+ hours per day, 6 days per week.

US Eastern evening overlap is required when homeowners are home. This is not a 20-hour-per-week or 5–9pm-only schedule. If you cannot cover US evening overlap, do not apply.

You need a reliable laptop, headset, stable internet, and a quiet environment. Remote role; work with closers and the team to maximize appointment conversion and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Engage potential US homeowners via outbound calls using provided cold call scripts to generate interest in solar energy solutions.

Set appointments for qualified leads to meet with sales closers who will advance the sales process.

Maintain a clear, professional, and friendly tone on every call while adhering to company guidelines and compliance standards.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry of lead interactions, appointment schedules, and call notes into the CRM system.

Maintain availability for at least forty hours each week, working flexible 6–8+ hour days across six days, with US Eastern evening overlap when homeowners are home.

Utilize strong communication skills to overcome objections and motivate prospects to consider solar installation benefits.

Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate meeting schedules and update lead statuses.

Continuously improve cold calling techniques through feedback and training programs to maximize appointment setting success.

Ensure a quiet and distraction-free workspace equipped with necessary technology to deliver high-quality calls.

Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment setting targets to qualify for bonuses and performance incentives.
