Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive for our office based in Karachi.

This position will perform a variety of administrative tasks including assigning duties to all levels, managing phone calls & emails, outdoor visits and overseeing operations for a variety of office services to ensure that the organization’s current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically.

Ultimately, the position will be supporting senior managers and ensure day-to-day office operations to run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair of Office Equipments, Appliances and furniture & Fixtures.
  • Ensuring smooth operations by managing internet and power back up.
  • Coordination and Negotiation with vendors and service providers.
  • Keeping a record of all vendors and service providers.
  • Dealing with matters related to bank, utility bills, cash with-drawls, funds deposits and documentations.
  • Assisting in preparation and dispatch of legal documentation as per needed by governmental institutions including EOBI, FBR, SECP, PSEB, PTA and SRB.
  • Procurement of Office Supplies and Consumables.
  • Keeping record of daily/monthly expenses and handling of cash.
  • Coordination with Janitorial staff to ensure that office premises remains clean and tidy.
  • Bringing necessary changes in order to keep ambiance pleasant and professional.
  • Coordination with management for deliverables, pitching new ideas and resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years' experience in Administrative services
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Hands on experience with MS Office
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Must have own conveyance
