Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate data entry of daily material issuance, final production outputs, and inventory levels using ERP systems such as SAP and Excel.
- Coordinate with the packing team to ensure finished footwear products are properly boxed and sorted by size, color, and style code before transferring to the warehouse.
- Develop and manage detailed production schedules to meet manufacturing deadlines and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Conduct regular analysis of production data to forecast potential bottlenecks or delays and address them proactively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout the production cycle.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives by providing accurate production metrics and feedback.
- Utilize ERP software effectively to generate reports and maintain up-to-date records that assist in decision-making.
- Communicate regularly with cross-departmental teams to align production activities with overall business objectives.
