Specialist - Architecture

We are looking for a Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP Security Support, covering ECC, BI, HR, CRM, S/4HANA, and FIORI environments. The ideal candidate will provide expert-level support in securing SAP landscapes, ensuring compliance, and collaborating closely with both functional and technical teams to maintain a robust security posture.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain SAP security roles and profiles aligned with business requirements.
- Manage user access provisioning, role assignments, and segregation of duties (SoD) to mitigate security risks.
- Conduct regular security reviews, risk assessments, and implement remediation activities as needed.
- Implement SAP GRC Access Control (AC) and Process Control (PC) solutions to automate compliance and governance tasks.
- Collaborate with auditors during internal and external SAP security audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SAP security protocols and best practices.
- Document security policies, procedures, and configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain compliance.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve security incidents promptly to minimize business impact.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP security technologies and best practices, including SAP GRC and ACPC tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to SAP security processes and policies.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security Support across ECC, BI, HR, CRM, S/4HANA, and FIORI modules.
- Strong expertise in implementing and maintaining security roles, authorizations, and user access controls within SAP environments.
- Proven experience in managing segregation of duties (SoD) and mitigating associated risks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams to ensure secure and compliant SAP landscapes.
- Experience supporting security audits and ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory security standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control (AC) and Process Control (PC) solutions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the latest SAP security technologies and continuous improvement methodologies.
