Specialist - Package Implementation

LTM is looking for a Specialist - Package Implementation based in Hyderabad with 5 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and delivering advanced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions that align technical capabilities with broader enterprise strategies. This position involves driving transformative business outcomes by implementing and optimizing ServiceNow SPM and IT Business Management (ITBM) modules to enhance project portfolio management and resource allocation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow SPM and ITBM to improve enterprise project portfolios and resource utilization. Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating operational needs into strategic Demand Management and Financial Planning solutions. Configure and deploy advanced platform features using ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, Service Portal, and REST/SOAP integrations. Collaborate with Agile delivery teams to ensure smooth execution, continuous integration, and maintain high system performance and reliability. Manage Resource Management frameworks to optimize workforce utilization and improve project delivery timelines. Oversee implementation lifecycles, proactively mitigate risks, and establish scalable governance models to support ongoing platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications

Proven expertise in ServiceNow SPM, including hands-on experience managing Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning modules. Strong technical skills in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, Service Portal, and REST/SOAP integrations are essential. A solid understanding of ServiceNow ITSM implementation and configuration methodologies is required to support integrated solutions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with strong domain knowledge in enterprise technology services, excellent cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities will be highly valued. Certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - Project Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) are advantageous and demonstrate a commitment to professional excellence.
