- Coordinate with vendors for proforma invoice, when needed to enhance the existing BC/LC amount or for the issuance of new BC/LC.
- Generating EIF in Weboc against new BC/LC requests.
- Following up with bank against BC/LC requests and then sharing BC/LC with vendors.
- Following up with local & foreign vendors for complete shipping documents for arrival of the delivery.
- Share complete shipping documents with broker to track it in OSR and sharing assessment against it.
- Process Pay orders for Customs duties & taxes and follow-up for timely release of pay orders.
- Preparing Insurance memo, Income Tax exemption certificate & Inbound against each consignment and sharing it with broker.
- Tracking of Original documents, making sure that broker should get original documents before the consignment arrival to port/Airport.
- Sharing Inbound with Warehouse team/3PL team required for offloading purpose. Daily follow up with broker for timely clearance and delivery of consignment to plant.
- Work with to resolve all bank discrepancies and submission of missing invoices.
- Follow up signatories for approvals of pay orders
