Web Design Lead Associate

Spectrum HCM (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Design Lead Associate to support our digital marketing efforts by designing, managing, maintaining, and optimizing multiple websites.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of web design, UX/UI, front-end development, CMS platforms, SEO, website analytics, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites that provide excellent user experiences across devices.
Create and update various web pages including landing pages, product/service pages, blogs, and general website content to ensure freshness and relevance.
Ensure consistency in branding, design standards, and user experience across all web properties.
Optimize website speed, performance, functionality, and search engine optimization to improve visibility and user engagement.
Manage content management systems, plugins, integrations, and third-party tools to streamline website operations.
Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical problems, UX challenges, content issues, and functionality errors.
Monitor website performance metrics, traffic patterns, and user behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with IT teams, front-end developers, and external vendors to define and meet technical requirements.
Apply UX/UI best practices to improve site navigation, user engagement, and conversion rates.
Optimize landing pages, calls to action, form designs, and user journeys based on analytics insights and marketing objectives.
Stay current on the latest trends and advancements in web design, UX/UI, SEO, and digital technologies to maintain competitive edge.
Utilize analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track key performance indicators including traffic, bounce rate, conversions, and user behavior.
Prepare detailed performance reports and recommend actionable improvements to leadership and related teams.
Work in close coordination with Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content, and Design departments to align website development with overall digital marketing strategies.
Manage a team of 2 web design professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional development.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in web design, front-end development, or a related role.
