Sports Teacher

The Revival School is looking for a passionate and energetic Sports Teacher to join their team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to promoting physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and healthy habits among students. This role involves creating a positive environment where students can develop their athletic skills, build confidence, and learn the values of sportsmanship and fair play. The position is full-time and based at The Revival School in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate physical education and sports lessons tailored to students' abilities.
- Organize and supervise indoor and outdoor games, sports activities, and fitness exercises.
- Foster teamwork, confidence, sportsmanship, and fair play among students.
- Teach students the rules and fundamental skills of various sports.
- Ensure the safety of all students during sports activities and maintain a secure environment.
- Maintain and manage sports equipment, ensuring it is in good condition for use.
- Support and coordinate school sports events and competitions.
- Monitor and assess students’ participation levels and physical development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to promote overall student wellbeing.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sports teaching or coaching is advantageous.
- Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students across different age groups and skill levels.
- Responsible, energetic, and committed to maintaining student safety at all times.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience in a school environment or coaching roles will be given preference. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs45,000. This position requires in-person attendance at the school location.
