We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Supervisor to oversee the spray operations within our Finishing Department at our SITE Area facility in Haroonabad, Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily spray activities, ensuring high-quality leather finishes, coordinating production schedules, and maintaining safety and operational efficiency. This role requires hands-on experience in leather finishing and spray processes, along with proven supervisory capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily spray operations in the Finishing Department.
- Monitor spray machine settings, chemical mixing, and application techniques to ensure consistent quality output.
- Inspect leather before and after each mechanical finishing stage to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate production planning and prioritize orders in collaboration with the Finishing Manager.
- Maintain accurate daily production records and promptly report any equipment malfunctions or process issues to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemical handling.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in leather finishing and spray operations, including 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of finishing chemicals, dyes, pigments, lacquers, and spray equipment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and production schedules effectively.
- Expertise in color matching and maintaining consistent finish quality.
- Familiarity with various leather types such as cow, buffalo, sheep, and goat, and their specific finishing requirements.
- Understanding of spray booth operations, ventilation systems, and safety standards.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication for reporting purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree or a technical diploma in Leather Technology is considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Technical diploma in Leather Technology is a plus, enhancing understanding of specialized finishing processes.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 65,000.
- Full-time position based on-site, providing hands-on leadership and operational involvement.
