Sprint 0 Solutions is seeking to hire a passionate Web Designer to join us. You will be working from home and will need to work flexible hours. The individual will be responsible for designing web pages, word press site, landing pages, social media as well as configuring WordPress site for implementation. We are using an AVADA template so you will need to familiarise yourself with that. You will be part of a small but growing Scrum Team so must be willing to attend all Scrum Ceremonies.
You will be responsible for determining the best ways for us to visually represent our company’s creative products and support new campaigns. Development of high-level creative concepts for design projects including branding, animations and infographics for static visuals, video and social media outlets. Excellent skills in design theory, typography, color theory, layout and design will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design skills to help support Social Media campaigns on YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter to drive traffic.
2. Pictures, images and designs for web blogs, social media posts, landing pages, campaigns.
3. Passionate and inventive to execute marketing deliverables and campaigns; accustomed to performing in deadline-driven environments
4. Providing creative concepts and designs to different campaigns
5. Assist with the writing and presentation of cohesive and persuasive rationales for campaign creatives, including but not limited to layout, presentation design, icon creation and photo editing, typography
6. Coordinates, designs, and produces a variety of marketing collateral for print and digital and ensure that all deliverables maintain a look and feel that is consistent with our brand
7. Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field
8. Must Have : a high level of proficiency using Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator.
9. Preference for : Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
10. Fast machine and internet connection to work from home.
