Sprint 0 Solutions is seeking to hire a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join us. You will be working from home, so you need a very good internet connection. Working in a digital marketing environment, the individual will be responsible for developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies, lead generation as well as running our Social Media Marketing Strategy for our in-house projects, so we are seeking an enthusiastic all-rounder who has a broad skill base.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following:
1. Creating a steady lead of customers from LinkedIn.
2. LinkedIn Social Media Marketing.
3. YouTube Promotion and advice.
4. Repurposing Social Media and posting on LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook.
5. Driving Paid and Unpaid traffic to our in-house projects and maximizing ROI.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Design and Execute paid and unpaid campaigns for Product Launches.
· Using Social Media such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter to drive traffic.
· Using google search and PPC to drive paid traffic whilst executing tests, collecting and analyzing data and results, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
· Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
· Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
· Research and analyze competitor advertising links
· Develop and implement link building strategy
· Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
· On-page/off-page SEO
· Work with content and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
· Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
· Create and execute all content writing, Google Ads, Social media marketing, SMM, and SEO strategies.
· Create and run lead generation campaigns with highly targeting audience in specific industries for higher ROI.
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. 3+ years in LinkedIn, Google & YouTube Ads
3. 3+ years in SEO.
4. Great understanding of B2B LinkedIn Platform and content marketing techniques for traffic generation.
5. Understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media platforms, and optimization techniques.
6. Exceptional understanding of Google Analytics and other SEO services involving tracking tools, webmaster tools, back-end SEO, and metadata
7. Experience with analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
8. Proficiency in SEO tools and tactics.
9. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and supervise multiple projects
10. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
11. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet organizational goals
12. Experience in identifying and creating campaigns for target audience involvement
13. Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
14. Certification in Google Digital Garage
