We are looking for Sales Coordinator for our organization. Ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of sales coordination experience and must be highly organized, hard-working and should be able to work with little direction.
High level responsibilities will include:
- Recording of sales in CRM, Sale Tracking System
- Tracking of sale delivery by coordinating with sales staff and other departments
- Maintenance of sales documentation (customer files)
- Generation of client receipts and posting of expenses, payments and receipts in System
- Clients’ give-away items inventory management
- Mobile Phones and UAN/Regular SIMs and bill payment management
- Keeping track of Cash/Bank/Financial Instruments with presented/ unpresented/ settled/ partially settled etc., related to sales activities.
- Ensuring all business expenses are recorded in the system
- Daily cash reporting to management
