We are looking for a ‘Customer Services Officer’ based out of their Karachi office. The incumbent of this position is expected to liaise with customers on company provided cellphone in order to clearly answer their queries and facilitate placing and fulfilment of online orders generated through our website/e-commerce store through a highly organized work-ethic and disciplined attitude.
The incumbent is required to deliver on the expectations of senior management and is expected to effectively lead the Order Fulfilment Analyst in order to ensure seamless execution of orders generated through our brand’s website.
- The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications/characteristics:
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional work experience in an office work environment – prior experience within fashion e-commerce, order fulfilment or last-mile logistics will be considered beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to be able to speak with the customers in a pleasant manner and answer their queries to their satisfaction to confirm online orders
- Ability to learn and develop familiarity with portals of major shippers/courier companies
- Demonstrated ability to confirm and enter address and contact details thoroughly
- Evident knowledge of footwear including material descriptions will be considered a real strength
- Must be able to communicate fluently in Urdu and ideally, have conversational ability in basic English as well
- Must be able to liaise with relevant points-of-contact in various courier companies on whatsapp groups to diligently follow unsuccessful delivery attempts and organize successful reattempts in a timely fashion
- Familiarity with MS Office to be able to use MS Word and MS Excel to type material descriptions for uploading on the website
- Strong appreciation of the need to extract maximum cooperation from stakeholders, many of whom possess limited levels of literacy is essential
- Take ownership of maintaining a highly organized work schedule in order to avoid any delays, especially during Ramazan and the winter wedding seasons
- Be able to reach out to last-mile delivery companies and build a healthy rapport in order to ensure seamless order placement to fulfilment journey
