The division hiring for this position is a market leader in cloud-based integrated construction management solutions, catering to mid-sized general contractors, design builders, and land developers. As part of Constellation Software Inc., this division supports over 8,000 customers in 15 countries, with headquarters in Canada and offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Caribbean. The Lahore office functions as a resource center, extending support to the onshore R&D team.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in training and apprenticeship programs to develop skills in software quality assurance.
- Assist in the design, execution, and documentation of test cases and test plans.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, report, and track software defects.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and methodologies.
- Contribute to maintaining high software quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software products.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, global software development setting.
