SQA Engineer

Douxl Technologies is seeking a motivated Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with multiple products and projects, contributing to long-term initiatives while enhancing your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dedication, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts across various products and projects. Conduct manual testing to identify bugs, issues, and inconsistencies in software functionality. Work closely with development teams to fully understand project requirements and ensure compliance with quality standards. Accurately document and report defects and test results using bug-tracking tools such as JIRA or Trello. Perform regression, smoke, functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate software stability and performance. Review system specifications to confirm alignment with project objectives. Collaborate with team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of project scope and deliverables. Participate actively in continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing overall software quality.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience as an SQA Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices. Solid expertise in manual testing processes and a thorough understanding of the bug life cycle. Experience with defect-tracking systems such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello is highly desirable. Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation and reports. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
