Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive testing strategies aligned with project goals.
- Monitor and track new project requirements to ensure alignment with testing plans.
- Coordinate the procurement and setup of necessary hardware and software for testing environments.
- Manage and document detected defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Design, create, and execute detailed test cases to validate functionality.
- Proactively identify and manage potential risks associated with testing activities.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of all testing documentation and content.
- Prepare and present thorough testing reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution and delivery of identified issues.
- Recommend effective solutions for product-related problems discovered during testing.
- Analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements for feasibility and validity.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform all levels of testing, including system, integration, and regression testing.
- Design and develop automation scripts as needed to improve testing efficiency.
- Detect, track, and report software defects and inconsistencies promptly.
- Provide timely and practical solutions to testing challenges.
- Apply quality engineering principles consistently throughout the product lifecycle.
- Offer ongoing support and maintain comprehensive documentation related to testing processes.

Required Qualifications

- Proven technical skills in software development, configuration, and testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey testing outcomes and collaborate with teams.
