SQA Engineer

Located in Lahore, Pakistan, Mindstorm Studios is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SQA Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects throughout the quality testing lifecycle, including final user acceptance testing.
- Define and establish procedures for writing test cases, as well as review test cases created by other team members.
- Propose and implement new QA ideas and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct comprehensive testing activities such as sanity/smoke, functional, non-functional, UI, usability, integration, regression, and system testing.
- Collaborate closely with team members to maintain an effective and transparent task pipeline.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, developing practical solutions to resolve and mitigate issues promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably within mobile applications or game development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Quality Assurance, Game Development, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience with mobile game development platforms, specifically iOS and Android.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
