SQA Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects through all stages of quality testing, including final user acceptance testing.
- Define and establish procedures for writing test cases, and review test cases created by other team members to ensure quality and consistency.
- Propose and implement new QA ideas and concepts to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct comprehensive testing activities, including sanity/smoke, functional, non-functional, UI, usability, integration, regression, and system testing.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an effective task pipeline and ensure smooth communication across departments.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, analyze root causes, and develop solutions to address and mitigate issues promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably within mobile applications or game development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Quality Assurance, Game Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with mobile game development on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
