We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience in software quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for ensuring the functionality, reliability, and usability of both web and mobile applications through comprehensive manual testing. This role demands immediate availability and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review requirements and specifications to create detailed and structured test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications, including functional, UI/UX, regression, and cross-browser testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Maintain test documentation and ensure timely completion of all test cycles.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, QA reviews, and daily team meetings.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in manual testing within a software development environment.
- Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and QA methodologies.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and effective test cases and execute them thoroughly.
- Familiarity with web technologies and browser debugging tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools is an advantage.
