SQA Manager

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Lead to oversee and enhance the quality assurance processes across web, desktop, mobile, and AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and mentoring junior engineers, driving automation initiatives, and integrating AI technologies into testing strategies. Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies that define objectives, scope, coverage, and success criteria for various platforms including web, desktop, mobile, and AI-driven applications.
- Lead test execution efforts, ensuring thorough coverage and timely identification and resolution of defects in close collaboration with development teams.
- Drive test automation and AI-assisted testing initiatives by developing and maintaining automated regression suites.
- Identify appropriate regression and automation scenarios, leveraging AI for test generation, script maintenance, and process improvements where applicable.
- Establish, monitor, and report key quality metrics to assess software quality and project progress.
- Prepare and present detailed test reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- Implement and advocate for SQA best practices to continuously enhance product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Understanding of testing AI-powered applications, including aspects such as accuracy, reliability, consistency, and response validation.
