We are seeking enthusiastic Interns and Fresh Graduates to join our Quality Assurance (QA) teams as SQA Trainees. In this role, you will participate in executing test plans and contribute to QA activities throughout the software development lifecycle. Your efforts will support the development team in delivering high-quality software by assisting in new feature validation and defect resolution. You will also help develop and follow QA methodologies to ensure consistent quality standards. Successful candidates will start with training and apprenticeship, with the potential to transition into full-time roles at our Karachi office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned tasks as part of test plans within the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to support new feature development and defect resolution.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of QA methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand system requirements and identify potential issues.
- Document test results and report defects clearly and accurately.
- Assist in evaluating system complexities and identifying bottlenecks or weaknesses.

Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduates, soon-to-be graduates, or fresh graduates in Computer Science or Software Engineering are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance/testing concepts.
- Good programming and scripting skills, with a preference for Object-Oriented Programming knowledge.
- Familiarity with writing and executing SQL queries.
- Knowledge of different application types and architectures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills:
- Exposure to automation testing tools is a plus.
- Ability to evaluate systems critically and identify areas for improvement.
- Attention to detail and strong data collection, management, and analysis skills.
- Effective planning, organizing, judgment, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Energetic mindset with a proactive “can-do” attitude.
