We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position requires managing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting strategic financial decisions within the organization. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for both internal management and external stakeholders.
- Perform bank reconciliations and promptly resolve any discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and conducting financial analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all financial records to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
- Monitor cash flow regularly and contribute to financial planning efforts to optimize resource allocation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Between 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software applications to efficiently manage financial data.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve financial issues.
