Sr. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join a collaborative team of software engineers, data scientists, and machine learning specialists. In this role, you will design and develop innovative AI models and algorithms that solve real-world problems and help shape future technologies. Your enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and machine learning, along with a dedication to staying updated in this fast-paced field, will be essential to your success. You will work extensively with large datasets to identify patterns and build predictive models that support cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop sophisticated AI solutions that integrate smoothly with existing products and services.
- Implement AI models using programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++, leveraging frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets through data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to prepare data for model training.
- Deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring seamless integration using containerization, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.
- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of AI systems to meet performance, reliability, and security standards.
- Engage in research and experimentation to improve AI system capabilities and performance.
- Continuously monitor AI system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Keep abreast of the latest AI advancements and propose directions for future development.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of professional experience with strong programming skills in Python, R, MATLAB, or similar languages.
- Solid understanding of data science fundamentals, including linear algebra, algorithms, and statistics.
- Proven experience handling large datasets and writing efficient, high-performance code for processing extensive data streams.
- Familiarity with deep learning and machine learning algorithms, along with practical experience using popular AI/ML frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bahria Complex 1, Lalazar, M.T. Khan Road. Candidates must be available for in-person interviews and work on-site, as remote or freelance arrangements are not offered. The starting salary begins at Rs250,000 per month. Applicants will be asked about their current and expected salary, notice period, and ability to commute to the specified location.
