Sr. Assistant Manager -GGT

We are looking for a skilled Senior Assistant Manager GGT to join our Pattern Development/Product Development team at our Gajjumata, Lahore location. This role involves working closely with the Manager – Proto PPS to develop precise garment patterns using CAD-based GGT software. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in garment pattern making, grading, and fitting, particularly within the ladies’ garments and retail fashion manufacturing sectors. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure production-ready patterns meet quality and fit standards while collaborating effectively with design, sampling, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify garment patterns utilizing GGT software to meet design and production requirements.
- Perform accurate pattern grading and marker making to support various size ranges.
- Ensure all patterns adhere to correct measurements and fitting specifications.
- Coordinate with design, sampling, and production departments to streamline the development process.
- Make necessary pattern adjustments based on sample fittings and approval feedback to maintain quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a GGT Pattern Master in the garment industry.
- Strong proficiency in GGT software and expertise in garment pattern development.
- Solid understanding of garment construction, grading techniques, and fitting processes.
- Experience working with ladies’ fashion or retail garment manufacturing is highly preferred.
