Sr. Content Writer / Script Writer

Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit compelling, well-researched video scripts tailored to our style guidelines.
- Collaborate with the creative team to generate innovative script ideas based on thorough research.
- Analyze YouTube retention charts and audience feedback to continuously improve script quality.
- Conduct extensive content management and research campaigns to strategize content for multiple channels.
- Plan b-roll and animations to complement scripts; video editing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Demonstrate leadership by managing teams and delegating tasks effectively.
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Journalism, Communication Studies, International Relations, or a related field (4-year degree or 2-year Master’s).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in content writing or scriptwriting.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and comprehension skills.
- Proven track record as a writer with the ability to produce engaging and accurate content.
- Strong research skills across a wide range of topics.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work well within a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience or enthusiasm for planning visual elements such as b-roll and animations to enhance storytelling.
- Candidates based in Lahore only, as this is an in-person role with no remote work option.
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Raiwind area before starting employment is preferred.

Selected candidates will undergo a probation period during which extensive training will be provided to enhance writing skills and overall efficiency. This role offers a full-time position with a competitive monthly salary range of Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 80,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
