Define technical specifications for hardware, software licenses, cabling, power systems, and mounting infrastructure. Conduct technical evaluations of vendor proposals and equipment to guarantee cost-efficiency and compliance with performance standards.

Field Deployment & Execution
Perform on-site engineering surveys to finalize camera positioning, cable routing, mast/tower layouts, and power requirements. Supervise technical teams and subcontractors during installation to ensure adherence to approved engineering drawings. Lead Level 3 troubleshooting efforts involving network routing, VMS integration, fiber optics, and power distribution during field setup. Manage Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), system commissioning, and delivery of as-built documentation.
