We are looking for a seasoned Network Administrator with strong expertise in managing and scaling online servers, load balancers, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our online server infrastructure, including the configuration and management of load balancers. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining network systems on cloud environments while working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

- Online Server and Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of servers and network devices within our online infrastructure. Implement automation and CI/CD processes to streamline application deployment and scaling.

- Load Balancer Configuration and Management: Configure and manage load balancers to efficiently distribute network traffic, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and updates of load balancer configurations.

- Cloud Platform Management: Deploy, configure, and manage network infrastructure components on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, focusing on scalability and security. Utilize scripting to facilitate cloud application deployment.

- Scalability, Capacity Planning, and CI/CD: Collaborate with the infrastructure team to design scalable server architectures that support business growth. Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and scaling of infrastructure based on demand.

- Network Security: Enforce network security measures including firewalls, access controls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability management. Set up security features and scanning tools to maintain system integrity.

- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resources to maintain high availability, reliability, and system efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience managing online server infrastructure and network devices.
- Hands-on expertise with load balancer configuration and management in production environments.
- Proficiency in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of automation and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployment.
- Solid understanding of network security principles and implementation.
- Ability to monitor and optimize network performance proactively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles is preferred.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Layer 7 Load Balancers like AWS ALB, NGINX, or HAProxy in production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- This is an in-person role based in Lahore, at Feroz Pur Road, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM.
- Competitive salary starting from Rs 400,000 per month.
