Job Responsibilities
- Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown repairs of pharmaceutical production and packaging machines.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in machine control panels, motors, contactors, relays, circuit breakers, and power supply systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo drives, sensors and other electrical control components.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in Compact line, fluid bed dryer, blister packing, labeling, printing and other pharmaceutical machinery.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, modification, and electrical upgrading of pharmaceutical machines.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, breakdown reports, inspection checklists, and spare parts inventories.
- Maintain electrical tools, testing instruments, and the workshop in good working condition.
- Perform any other electrical maintenance duties assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or Manager.
- DAE in Electrical/Electronic or an equivalent recognized technical qualification, preferably.
- Relevant hand on 08-years’ experience in electrical maintenance of pharmaceutical production and packaging machinery.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
