We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering innovative design solutions across both digital and offline media. This role requires a self-driven individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, respond promptly to feedback, and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing and producing a variety of visual assets, including logos, layouts, mockups, and other creative materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design a wide range of graphics such as mockups, layouts, logos, and other artwork.
- Create designs tailored for diverse platforms, covering both digital and offline media.
- Generate original and creative ideas with exceptional attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, templates, and processes to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Critically review final designs and suggest improvements when necessary.
- Adapt quickly to changing directions and feedback, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising on quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in digital design, preferably within a branded content studio or creative advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of layout principles and content hierarchy.
- Advanced skills in digital design, including composition, typography, and strategic conceptual thinking.
- Exceptional attention to detail throughout the creative process.
- Effective communication skills to clearly articulate creative concepts and ideas.
- Proven ability to manage project workloads, including time for revisions and approvals.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work is mandatory for application consideration.
