Sr. Graphic Designer / Video Editor

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Senior Graphic Designer / Video Editor based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The role involves creating compelling graphic designs, editing videos, and producing AI-generated content to support various digital marketing initiatives. The candidate will work on motion graphics and develop assets for social media campaigns, advertising, branding, and corporate communications. This position requires a strong blend of creativity and technical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality visual content during night shifts. The salary range for this role is PKR 120,000 to 200,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce visually engaging graphics for social media, advertising, branding, and corporate content.
- Edit and enhance video content, incorporating motion graphics to elevate storytelling.
- Utilize AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, and Midjourney to generate innovative and creative content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital assets that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and AI advancements to continuously improve content output.

Required Qualifications
- 4 to 6+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Hands-on experience with AI-based content creation tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, and Midjourney.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics and digital marketing asset development.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
