Joyland Ltd is looking for a Senior Import Executive to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in import operations and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs75,000. The role focuses on managing import documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders and clearing agents, and maintaining accurate import records to ensure smooth and efficient import processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately handling all import-related documentation in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with freight forwarders and clearing agents to obtain and compare quotations.
- Preparing detailed comparison sheets to evaluate different quotations and options effectively.
- Managing and updating import data records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Utilizing strong literacy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support daily import operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of practical experience in import operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of import documentation processes.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
