We are seeking a Senior Marketplace Integration Developer with strong expertise in PHP and .NET to join our team. This role focuses on connecting our custom eCommerce platform with leading global marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Rakuten. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend development, working with third-party APIs, and managing data synchronization across multi-channel retail environments. This is a hands-on position requiring the development and maintenance of seamless integrations that support product listings, inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace API Integration:
Develop and maintain robust integrations between our eCommerce backend and marketplaces including Amazon (SP-API/MWS), eBay (Trading and REST APIs), and Rakuten APIs. Automate critical workflows such as product listings, inventory synchronization, order imports, price updates, and fulfillment tracking to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Product and Catalog Management:
Design and implement modules to map and synchronize product data—such as titles, descriptions, images, SKUs, pricing, and stock levels—according to marketplace-specific requirements. Handle complex product structures including variants, bundles, and categories while addressing regional catalog variations.
Order & Fulfillment Integration:
Create services to capture marketplace orders in real-time and update order statuses including confirmed, shipped, and cancelled back to the marketplaces. Integrate tracking numbers and shipping labels to improve fulfillment accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Authentication & Token Management:
Implement secure OAuth and token-based authentication flows for platforms like Amazon and eBay. Manage API rate limits, token refresh mechanisms, and error handling to ensure continuous and reliable service.
Monitoring, Logging & Reporting:
Develop dashboards or logging systems to monitor integration health, track API errors, and oversee synchronization activities. Provide reporting tools that offer insights into listing performance, order statuses, and error resolution to support operational transparency.
