SR. OFFICER SEWING

We are seeking a skilled professional with comprehensive knowledge of stitching mechanisms and various fabric types, including their behavior and properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of quality standards, parameters, and health and safety regulations relevant to the manufacturing environment. This role requires an in-depth understanding of product manufacturing systems and processes, with a particular focus on Lean Manufacturing principles such as Kaizen, PDCA, 5S, and BIQ. Additionally, expertise in costing modules and familiarity with ILA customer profiles, product routing, and production mechanisms are essential. Experience with machines used in cut-to-pack processing will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply thorough knowledge of stitching mechanisms and fabric characteristics to optimize production quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards and health and safety regulations throughout the manufacturing process.
- Oversee and improve product manufacturing systems, emphasizing Lean Manufacturing methodologies including Kaizen, PDCA, 5S, and BIQ.
- Manage costing modules to maintain budgetary control and enhance cost efficiency.
- Analyze and implement production routing and mechanisms aligned with ILA customer profiles to meet delivery and quality expectations.
- Operate and maintain expertise in machines used in cut-to-pack processing to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor production parameters and quality metrics to uphold product standards and customer satisfaction.
