Sr operator/ Supervisor

The Sr Operator/Supervisor position at FormX Plastics is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. This role involves overseeing daily production operations, including monitoring machinery, coordinating workflows, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently achieved. The individual will lead and support operators on the production floor, assign tasks, provide training and guidance, and escalate technical issues when necessary. The role also includes tracking production data, reporting deviations, assisting with maintenance scheduling, and collaborating closely with quality and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines. Hands-on involvement in preventive maintenance and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives are essential aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead production floor operators, assigning tasks and providing ongoing training and support.
- Monitor machinery and production workflows to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Track and report production data, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and logistics teams to ensure products meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and overall efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and respectful work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in plastic manufacturing, particularly injection molding for cosmetic, medical, or other high-precision, high-quality products.
- Proven ability to supervise or lead production teams, including task allocation and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures, quality standards, and basic machinery troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, production schedules, and technical documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple production lines or shifts efficiently.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or engineering is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time.
