Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi
Working Days: 5 days a week
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: Rs 90,000 – Rs 140,000 per month
Work Mode: In-person

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Outbound Sales Call Center Agent with a minimum of three years’ experience in local outbound sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of converting leads into customers and consistently meeting sales targets. This role requires a target-driven individual who can handle objections professionally and maintain excellent customer relationships while working collaboratively with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to both potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Convert prospects into paying customers by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing customer needs.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the organization.
- Handle customer objections and inquiries with professionalism to successfully close sales.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and strengthen customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales performance metrics.
- Utilize CRM systems and other relevant tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the team lead to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and overall sales performance.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in local outbound sales call centers.
- Proven expertise in outbound telemarketing and sales with a strong sales conversion record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to effectively handle objections and convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications is preferred.

Important Notice
Candidates without at least three years of experience in local outbound sales call centers will not be considered for this role.
