Sr. Project Manager (IT & Engineering Infrastructure)

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in IT and Engineering Infrastructure to lead our technical project execution team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will manage a group of project managers, system engineers, and technical specialists to ensure the successful delivery of complex IT deployments, data center expansions, core infrastructure projects, and engineering solutions. Your focus will be on driving projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring operational excellence, timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the project execution team by providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management to project managers, engineers, and technical staff.
- Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure and engineering projects, including data center expansions, enterprise networking, server virtualization, system integrations, and core engineering rollouts.
- Drive high-level project governance by defining comprehensive project plans, setting milestones, managing capital budgets, allocating resources, and coordinating cross-functional technical dependencies.
- Manage strategic relationships with internal leadership, hardware and software vendors, technology partners, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Proactively monitor enterprise-wide project progress, identify engineering and integration bottlenecks, and lead effective mitigation strategies to maintain momentum.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry quality benchmarks, safety standards, data security protocols, and corporate IT governance policies.
- Deliver executive reporting and performance dashboards to C-suite leadership, including the CTO and COO, as well as senior management.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives by driving post-project evaluations, process optimizations, and automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure and engineering projects, with a proven ability to lead high-performing technical teams.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical portfolios such as enterprise IT systems, data centers, and core infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Active Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent credential is mandatory.
- Exceptional leadership skills combined with strong executive communication, cross-functional coordination, and vendor negotiation capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and technical planning tools, including MS Project, Jira, and ServiceNow, as well as familiarity with enterprise frameworks.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs230,000 to Rs250,000. This role requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
