Sr. Sales Executive

FourPillars (Private) Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the Cement, Steel, or Building Materials industries. This role requires a professional who can effectively develop new customers, manage dealer networks, and consistently meet challenging sales targets while contributing to the company’s growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers to expand market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Manage and grow the dealer network to enhance product availability and brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings.

Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Cement, Steel, or Building Materials sectors.
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and achieve sales targets consistently.
- Strong market knowledge and the ability to develop new customers and manage dealer networks.
- Must have own conveyance to facilitate travel within the assigned territory.
- Preference will be given to candidates based in Karachi with relevant industry experience.
