Sr. Social Media Executive

IPS Pakistan is seeking a creative and innovative Senior Social Media Executive with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging social media strategies, creating AI-powered content, and managing influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, including content calendars and targeted campaigns.
- Create AI-powered content such as posts, reels, videos, visuals, and innovative creative concepts.
- Write scripts, captions, storytelling frameworks, and voiceovers tailored for social media campaigns.
- Plan and manage influencer marketing initiatives, including research, outreach, collaboration, and coordination with influencers.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience engagement metrics, and campaign performance to optimize results.

Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing principles, platform algorithms, brand positioning, and audience engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, and social media scheduling tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, or similar platforms.
- Excellent creative writing, copywriting, scripting, and video content creation skills.
- Understanding of influencer research methodologies, campaign analytics, and performance reporting.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in social media management and AI-powered content tools.
- Familiarity with AI-driven scripting, text-to-video production, image generation, AI voiceovers, and video editing workflows.
- Ability to utilize social media analytics tools effectively and prepare detailed campaign performance reports.
