Sr. Software Engineer (Ruby On Rails)

As a Senior Software Engineer I (SSE-I), you will play a pivotal role in leading the technical aspects of software development projects. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable applications. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and designing architecture to coding, testing, and deployment. Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
- Lead requirement analysis, architecture design, and development of complex applications.
- Participate actively in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
- Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code using design patterns and industry standards, primarily focusing on Ruby on Rails, MERN stack, and frontend technologies.
- Develop and maintain test cases to ensure application robustness, usability, and reliability.
- Continuously update your skills by learning and applying the latest best practices in software development.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to align software solutions with business needs and user requirements.
- Document application features, functionalities, and user guides comprehensively.
- Participate in weekly scrum meetings and lead calls or meetings, facilitating clear communication and effective team collaboration.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities by writing optimized, scalable code and debugging issues promptly.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, enhancing both backend and frontend infrastructure.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and provide technical direction and innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are consistently met.

Required Qualifications
