Field Work

The Field Work position at SRSP focuses on executing on-site tasks that support the organization's initiatives and projects. This role requires a professional with at least seven years of experience in conducting field operations, specifically within areas such as community development and microfinance programs. The successful candidate collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of services and supports monitoring and evaluation activities directly in the field environment. This role does not include managing a team but demands strong individual proficiency in handling various fieldwork tasks effectively. Candidates are expected to operate with minimal supervision, maintain clear communication with the Akhuwat Islamic microfinance office, and contribute to achieving the organizations operational objectives by applying practical knowledge and skills in real-world settings.
Responsibilities

Conduct on-site assessments and field visits to support project implementation and monitoring efforts.
Gather and document data related to microfinance and community development activities.
Liaise with the Akhuwat Islamic microfinance office and other local stakeholders to facilitate program delivery.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations during field operations.
Prepare detailed field reports and communicate findings to relevant departments for decision-making.
Identify potential challenges or opportunities in project areas and report them promptly.
Assist in organizing and conducting field meetings and training sessions where applicable.
Maintain the physical and logistical readiness required for successful fieldwork performance.
Support verification of beneficiary information and validation of financial transactions in microfinance programs.
Contribute to continuous improvement of field procedures and best practices.
