Islamic Relief Field Worker

As an Islamic Relief Field Worker at SRSP, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the expansion of Islamic microfinance programs within target communities. You are responsible for overseeing daily operations in the field, guiding your team to meet organizational goals and compliance with Islamic finance principles. Your deep expertise in Akhuwat Islamic microfinance will allow you to mentor team members, engage beneficiaries, monitor the impact of financial services, and recommend improvements. Your efforts directly contribute to alleviating poverty and promoting socio-economic development through ethical finance practices.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of seven field workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Conduct direct engagement with community members to assess financial needs and deliver microfinance services accordingly.
Implement Akhuwat Islamic microfinance programs in alignment with organizational objectives and Islamic financial principles.
Monitor and report on program performance, ensuring compliance with both internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with beneficiaries, community leaders, and stakeholders to foster trust and cooperation.
Identify opportunities for program expansion and enhancement to better serve financially excluded populations.
Deliver training sessions and workshops on Islamic microfinance concepts and practices to team members and community beneficiaries.
Analyze financial and social data to evaluate the impact of microfinance initiatives and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
Address challenges faced by beneficiaries and field team members, providing timely solutions and support.
Promote awareness of Islamic finance principles within target communities to increase acceptance and participation.
