Brief summary of role: -
At SRTEX INTL the responsibilities will be to assist and work closely with the senior Sales and Marketing Director for managing Marketing, Sales and Digital marketing activities and take steps to measure, enhance and enrich the business development program and customer relationship management of the company through various goals and objectives. The Senior Marketing Director will employ a professional marketing skill-set to help plan and implement a high quality marketing strategy with particular emphasis on direct marketing communications through electronic & social media and B2B platforms.
This will require expertise in all areas of media communications and B2B platforms. The role includes working with the Senior Marketing Director to develop certain industrial marketing strategies, Oversee the company major operations in Karachi and Lahore. There is also the opportunity for personal growth and training within this role and job growth within the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities: -
§ Responsible for generating new business relationships and negotiating new revenue for agreed targets.
§ To generate quality leads that result in sales.
§ Maintain relationships with existing as well as new customers by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
§ To arrange meetings with potential customers at different trade shows worldwide.
§ Present the product or service in a structured professional way.
§ Formulate & implement social media and B2B strategy to achieve desire goals.
§ Maintain the social media pages and B2B accounts on various platforms (Alibaba, Tradekey, LinkedIn, Google etc) on a day-to-day basis.
Skills & Experience: -
Essential
§ Experienced and qualified marketer, at least to degree level specializing in marketing.
§ Strong communicator with excellent influencing and networking skills.
§ Organized individual with strong attention to detail and consistency across all mediums.
§ Strong negotiator.
§ Desire to succeed.
§ Ability to priorities and multi-task.
§ Excellent planning skills.
§ Good motivator and self motivator.
§ Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
§ Knowledge of / experience in working with supply chains/CSR.
§ Language capabilities (fluent in English).
