Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a premium in-store experience at all times.
- Assist customers in selecting cigars and related accessories based on their preferences and needs.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of cigars, brands, storage requirements, and accessories.
- Execute sales transactions accurately, including billing and handling cash/card payments.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, stocking, and overall store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to management.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits and loyalty program participation.
- Maintain hygiene, discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior at all times.
- Follow company SOPs, sales guidelines, compliance requirements, and retail policies.
- Support promotional activities, launches, and in-store events when required.
