Staff Nurse

NCCI Hospital, Karachi, operating under the M. Hashim Memorial Trust, is looking for qualified male and female Staff Nurses to join the Angio Department on a night shift basis. This role involves working 12-hour shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM and requires committed nursing professionals capable of delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced clinical environment. The position focuses on supporting patients undergoing angiography and other cardiac-related procedures, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Angio Department during night shifts.
- Monitor patients undergoing angiography and related cardiac procedures closely.
- Assist medical staff in the Cath Lab and Coronary Care Unit (CCU) as required.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies during night hours.
- Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation of patient status and nursing interventions.
- Adhere strictly to hospital policies and protocols to ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a diploma in general nursing with at least three years of formal education.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Valid nursing qualification with current professional registration or licensing.
- Ability to consistently work night shifts and remain composed during emergency situations.
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 65,000.
