Staff Nurse (Rawat)

The Hunar Foundation is looking for a dedicated Healthcare Instructor to join its Rawat Institute. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive training to students, focusing on competency-based learning to prepare them for careers in the healthcare sector. This position requires a professional who can effectively combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills, ensuring students are well-equipped for the demands of healthcare professions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct both classroom and hands-on practical training sessions aligned with the healthcare curriculum.
- Develop detailed lesson plans, create training materials, and design assessment methods to evaluate student progress.
- Ensure students gain essential knowledge, technical skills, and workplace readiness required for healthcare roles.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with hospitals and healthcare institutions to facilitate student visits and practical exposure.
- Monitor and assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Uphold industry standards in teaching methodologies and maintain safety practices within the training environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related healthcare discipline is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in teaching, training, or clinical roles within the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and healthcare partners.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture institutional relationships with hospitals and other healthcare organizations.
- A genuine passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
