Staff - Operations (Ocean Mall)

We are seeking motivated Operations Staff to join our team at Ocean Mall, Karachi. The ideal candidates will have experience working in retail environments and be ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. This role involves rotational shifts, and preference will be given to applicants residing nearby. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily retail operations to ensure smooth functioning of the outlet
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Matriculation or Intermediate level
- 1 to 2 years of experience working in any retail outlet or similar environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including rotational shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on-site at Ocean Mall, Karachi
