We are currently seeking experienced Senior Staff / Staff Software Engineers to join our innovative team in India. This role offers the opportunity to work on Outreach’s CRM Sync platform, which facilitates bi-directional data integrations between Outreach and various API-enabled applications like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. As part of the Sync team, you will contribute to building a tier 1 integration service that allows users to seamlessly interact with data across multiple systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust software applications and systems with a focus on quality, scalability, and efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and promote a culture of innovation and excellence within the engineering team.
- Contribute to architectural design decisions to optimize system performance and maintainability.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks through innovative problem-solving.
- Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and improve overall code quality.
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 9 years of strong backend development experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record in designing and building complex software systems.
- Proficiency in Golang or similar programming languages.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.
- Familiarity with modern software development tools and technologies is a plus.
