Staff/Senior Software Consultant - NetSuite

10Pearls, a global AI-native digital engineering partner, is seeking a Senior NetSuite Technical Lead to join their team. This role involves leading the design and development of custom NetSuite solutions, managing delivery from testing through go-live, and mentoring a team of developers and consultants. The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on expertise in SuiteScript with strong finance functional knowledge, working closely with business stakeholders to create scalable, future-proof digital products.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of custom NetSuite solutions that align with business needs. Architect scalable solutions using SuiteScript 2.1, SuiteQL, Suitelets, RESTlets, User Event Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, and Map/Reduce Scripts. Own the full delivery lifecycle including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with finance, operations, and other business teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Configure and customize NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, records, dashboards, and integrations to optimize business processes. Ensure solution quality by conducting code reviews, defining testing strategies, and enforcing development best practices. Mentor and guide NetSuite developers and consultants to foster technical growth and maintain high delivery standards. Support project activities such as estimation, solution design, technical documentation, and planning. Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues within the NetSuite ecosystem. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite with third-party platforms and enterprise applications. Stay updated on emerging NetSuite features, product enhancements, and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, including implementation, configuration, customization, and support. Strong expertise in SuiteScript 2.1, SuiteQL, SuiteTalk, REST APIs, and NetSuite customization frameworks. Proven track record of delivering NetSuite solutions from initial design through production deployment. Deep understanding of NetSuite architecture, customization best practices, and performance optimization techniques. Experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers in a project delivery environment. Ability to work directly with clients to gather requirements and provide technical leadership. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Experience working with US-based clients and distributed teams.
