Requirements:

  • Engineer graduated in Telecommunications or Electronic Engineering;
  • More than 4 year experience in the mobile telecom business;
  • Knowledge in Radio Planning, Design and Optimisation (more than one vendor is considered a plus);
  • Knowledge of antenna patterns (propagation, LoS, azimuths, tilts, etc)
  • Experience in coverage predictions, using a Planning Tool (e.g. Atoll, Asset, Planet);
  • EMF knowledge, namely understanding the difference in application of occupational and public exclusion zones.
  • Experience in project management activities, including technical management of projects;
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
  • Experience in Customer’s relationship management;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking;
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written);
  • Knowledge of UK EMF regulations and rulesets;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Network knowledge and focus on infra-structure is a plus;
  • Database knowledge is a plus;
  • Availability to travel if needed.

Responsibilities:

  • End to end EMF solution management;
  • The candidate will be managing meetings with radio planners / design mangers and needs to be able to control the room;
  • Has implicit understanding of what is required to generate full demonstrable evidence of EMF rules conformance;
